Strange problem
Thread Solved |
I have an airport and a phone. the airport is good and works well with my Dell and Mac computers. I am a major supporter of the airport. I am also running cable internet on it. The trouble is that my computer is next to a phone and every time some one calls my airport goes down. are they just on a close radio frequence? and would moving the phone help? it is pretty amusing, unless i am downloading something

Try putting it on a different channel and enable "Interference Robustness".
"Base station Interference Robustness, which provides improved performance when 2.4GHz devices like cordless phones and wireless video distribution system cause significant interference with the AirPort network."
