I have been tasked by a rather large media/cable/telecoms company headquarterd in Philadelphia to bolster their Interactive Division. My marching orders were to find TALENTED professionals in the following area:

Web Developers, HTML, CSS, XHTML, Javascript, JSP, FLASH
knowledge of programming/coding: .Net, ASP, Java, Perl, Ajax, Ruby are a plus (at least 3yrs experience)

Software Engineers, .Net and/or Java
strong, really strong, not looking for those learning on the job
note: experiene developing scalable and secure applications for the internet, online apps

Quality Assurance, manual and automatic via tools and scripts
attention to detail and experience dealing with online sites and applications

Systems Administrators, Linux, Unix, Windows
at least 5 years experience, this is an enterprise environment

All positions are full-time
All positions are located in Philadelphia, and in some cases its environs

Salary commensurate with experience.
