Hi everybody,
I would appreciate if you can spend some time to review the website http://www.gov.ns.ca/dtc/. I am interested to know what do you think of a website in terms of layout, content and usability.
Thanks for your time and opinions,
Joe

It could deffinitely be a little more flashy
here are your errors
HTML
also the code is not up to standards with current best practices, mainly it uses tables instead of divs.

Use some background colors and borders to separate navigation, sidebar and content. It looks like it's hanging in the air.

Well laid out and easy to navigate. But I have a question: Is this the landing page that tourists/vacationers would likely find through search/marketing? If so, I'd reorder center column to put tourist info up top. This page:
http://novascotia.com/en/home/default.aspx
is more what I would expect to find in terms of photos of some of Nova Scotia's natural beauty. Draws me in much more than top page. Good luck!
