looks ok! a few things to consider .when you use hijackthis to fix , it saves backups so it should not be run from a temp folder or from the desktop put it in a folder of its own like C:\HJT\hijackthis.exe .
You could fix this rescource hog, that not needed at startup
Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.
Rescource hog
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE
If you don't use messenger you could fix it .but by the looks of it you do use it !!
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSMSGS] "C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe" /background

This one has a few problems. Download LSPfix from here
On the opening screen, click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox. Check all instances of "inetadpt.dll" (and nothing else), and move them to the "Remove" pane. Then click Finish.
Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries=
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.zestyfind.com/
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch = res://C:\PROGRA~1\TOOLBAR\TOOLBAR.DLL/sa

You are VERY right, this computer (rc) is extremely messed up. It was not very cooperative either when trying your fixes. The link to LSPfix kept getting hijacked, but when I did get it downloaded, inetadpt.dll was not found.
I was not able to find the log file of VX2Finder, but here is the result:

With the VX2Finder app, start the program & when the scan has finished select *log* then just copy the results here. The log should open to a txt file.
Your new HJT log appears to have grown so we will do this now:
Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries=

C:\PROGRAM FILES\STARTFORD< this one
Boot normally.
I have no idea what this is:

If you don't either, fix it with HJT then delete the FLAWFO~1 folder. I don't know what the rest of the letters are in the word. Do this in safe mode with the rest if it's not legitimate.
