Urgent Macro Help needed

Hi Guys
I am a beginner at this. I have a spreadsheet that has all the customer's sales i want to create a macro that will match the product numbers in this spreadsheet to those in a template. Something like that:
IF Product Number (in spreadsheet) = Product Number (in template)
Then Gallons and Dollars (in spreadsheet) = Gallons and Dollars (in template)

The only problem is that A1(in template) does not always = A1 (in spreadsheet)

I need to get this done ASAP PLEASE HELP
