was recently attacked by the fake critical systems error bug, seems to be gone due to alot of different anti spywares, however i now have a problem where alot when i click something it double clicks, is extremely infuriating, can anyone shed any light on this or a good way to get rid of it? please

Does it actually double-click? Or just open items with one click instead of a double click?
