One thing that jumps out at me is the transition from the home page to any of the other pages on the site. THe transition is jumpy. They layout jumps around and it is a bit annoying. All the other pages all seem to have smooth transitions.
www.webrawl.com - Two sites enter, one site leaves.

like the site .. =)

simple, clear-cut content navigation, no clutter, images of properties right on the first page to entice viewers to click

the pages load a little slow though, but its probably our pc / connection rather than your site haha

well done!
