1. Always include as much information about the situation as you can. Such as:
3. Make sure the subject is as descriptive as possible. The more descriptive your subject the more likely you are to get useful help.
eg of a bad subject "HELP"
eg of a good subject "Cannot Connect to Linksys Web Based Utility"
- Operating system of affected Systems
- Router make/model (if applicable)
- When the problem began, and what the last thing you did before the problem began
- Firewall, or any other security programs running
- Any other relevent info.
