Hi, I'm new to the forums and am in need of some help. For about 2 weeks now after a while my computer will stop allowing me to open up programs. Not even my windows task manager will open when i ctrl+alt+del and I have to restart the computer in order to run programs. Does anyone know what is causing this? I tried running a virus scan and spybot but it still happens. Even right now I can't open anything, but I had my internet explorer open already so it will run. Anyone know what I should do?
