please help been at my pc for hours still cannot solve problem

if anyone can solve this problem for me a big thankyou, ran virus scan found a couple of virus fixed those then had the bridge dll load error deleted that file but think there are more files that are causing me problems as some applications still not working ran hijacking gave following info any help at what other files to delete would be appreciated pulling hair out.

did you run adaware and spy bot?
if not try them than run hijackthis again.
look in the security form for those programs.
