Prompt kept taking me to download PurityScan

There is a free spyware dector/remover kept prompting me and if I strike the ok key it attempts to take me to the following site: msi2.optima-host.com/spyhunter.html. and install PurityScan on my PC.
Please help me to get rid off this propmt!!

It still doesn't work. I download "shoot the messenger" and run it but the prompt kept coming up 3 times every 5 minutes or so.
I have also down Purity Scan uninstaller, but that just removed the Purity Scan itself but not the Window prompt.
It is driving me NUTS!!! PLEASE HELP!!!:cry:

Download the latest version of Ad-Aware at http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
After installing AAW, and before running the program, FIRST update the reference file following these instructions.

Now do the following:
- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Scanning Engine:
check: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."
- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Cleaning Engine:
Check: "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."
Press "Scan Now"
- Check option "Use Custom scanning options"
- Check option "Activate In-Depth Scan"
- Press "Select drives\folders to scan"
- Select the active partition which is usually C:
Now press "Next" to let Ad-aware scan your drives...
It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys.
Right-click in that pane and choose "select all"
Now press "Next" again.
It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items. Click OK.
Finally, close Ad-Aware, and reboot.
Then:
Download 'Hijack This!'.HERE
Unzip (extract) it to a folder of its own.Like c:\HJT\hijackthis.exe , Then Doubleclick HijackThis.exe (in the new folder), and hit "Scan".
When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, then Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. for hijackthis,most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Unzip HJT into it's own permanent folder before doing anything in order for it to create backups. (Not a temporary folder or the desktop & not directly on your hard drive). Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries=
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ofrcwqdx] C:\WINNT\System32\lcxweqlm.exe
Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete
C:\WINNT\System32\lcxweqlm.exe< this one.
Reboot normally.

2. I then re-boot my computer in Safe mode and restarted the comp. After the comp started, I was looking for the file (C:\WINNT\System32\lcxweqlm.exe), but I couldn't find it, then I realized that I have already deleted when I checked this file in the previuos run of the Hijackthis.
3. I then just went ahead and re-start my comp normally.

The file (O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{357AA41A-B7A8-4632-A27D-5B980B25CF43}] C:\WINNT\system32\wbem\svchost.exe), I went to the folder ../../../wbem to see what other files beside svcost, there were tons of other files so I can't tell you what it's in there. The property of this files only indicated that this is a Application file with 6.50 KB and the dates that were created/modified/accessed. Other than that nothing come to my attention. I also went to the site you told me to scan this particular file and these are the results:

I did something though. I went ahead and deleted this file (O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{357AA41A-B7A8-4632-A27D-5B980B25CF43}] C:\WINNT\system32\wbem\svchost.exe), and reboot my comp and thinking maybe the annoy prompt will disappear, but it didn't and to my surprise, this file came back to the exact directory C:\WINNT\system32\wbem\. Somehow this file is been replicated and could not be deleted. What do you think?
1. Unzip the HJT to it's own folder and ran the hijathis. I checked the 2 entries you indicated and since you didn't really says to deleted these files, I went ahead and deleted them and ran the hijack again:
