Job Description:
Candidate will join the unit that enhances, maintains and supports the Statistics Internet Electronic Submission (IESUB) and Edit Management System (EMS) applications including adding functionality, coordinating environmental upgrades, maintaining a help desk for other Banks, developing and maintaining documentation, and serving as a liaison to vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, enhance, maintain, and support web applications.
· Coordinate testing the roll out of automation changes.
· Manage projects by following project management standards.
· Research technical issues and provide recommendations.
· Participate in business requirements analysis, software evaluation and selection, and application integration.
· Suggest ideas for improving efficiency.
· Provide application related training.
· Coordinate the efforts of the Statistics Function and Automation Group.
· Actively participate in workgroups.
· Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Hands-on experience developing web based applications using HTML, JavaScript, and ColdFusion.
· Proven experience with Oracle or other relational databases.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· An understanding of information security and change control concepts and the development project lifecycle.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • <LI class=EC_MsoNormal>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience in a high-paced, enterprise environment.
