win 98SE, 7.1 Netscape Browser, All the latest Microsoft critical up-dates etc. I usually don't have any problems when loading downloaded program files, but I have had two files ( nero 6.1 cd burning software and also e-bay turbo lister) that an error message appears: Unhandled Exception. Error Number 0x80070725. Description: Incompatible Version of the RPC Stub
Setup will now terminate.

The same thing happened with Explorer 6 Browser. Does anyone know what this is and how to corrrect it? Thank You for any help.
