Hey there, I am having a problem with my internet connection. It will stay on for the majority of the day, but at random times I will lose connection. Most of the time when I lose connection, my modem still has the cable signal, but the data light blinks randomly, rather than consistently.
My modem(Toshiba pcx 2600) goes to a Linksys wireless G broadband router, then the router is hardwired to my PC. But I have tried connecting straight from the modem to the computer... So it leaves me thinking it is my ISP. I called them, and they are sending tech support over this week, but I wanted to check with others to see if this is common, or if there is anything I can do...
