I double click on I.E. - get the dial-up box, all connects OK (usually) - get the two monitor screens symbol, but no Home Page, withough going to the I.E. icon again and clicking Open Home Page, which it then does very slowly. Didn't used to be like this. Wassup??
Thanks, Tez

Instead of taking you to your home page, where exactly does IE take you when you start it up?

IE is very prone to being crippled by the many spyware/hijack/etc. programs that have become so prevalent lately. Have a look through the threads in our Security forum for instructions on where to download (and how to run) free tools to remove these malicious programs. If any of the removal programs (SpyBot, Ad Aware, HijackThis, etc.) detect problems on your system, please post a new thread in the Security forum detailing exactly what the tools found and any other details that might help us get your problem fixed as quickly as possible.

Please do not contact me by email or PM for help. We're all volunteers here, and only have so much free time to dedicate to our efforts.

However, if I've been working on a thread with you already, and seem to have "forgotten" your thread, please do send me a message. I try not to let things slip through the cracks, but it does happen sometimes.
