ok we all know that windows isnt the best system in the world but i swear it has AI because even when my bro (age 15) and sis (age 13)(im 18) d/l nothing and touch nothing and do nothing to it, it always seems to die and not work, magical isnt it.

ok lol sorry for my sarcasm just thought i would tell you background so you will understand if there is holes in my error description.

ok i can home to my parants house and find that the computer which i fixed only days before when it had a virus on it, is broke again. this time thou i cant find the problem. it turns on and then runs through the booting system and then dies and restarts, no blue screen, no error message nothing?:-|

could this be a hard drive failure? the computer is quite old and i have formatted it so many times because of stupid d/ls my younger siblings have done. it just doesnt seem to be able to find the operating system. i was thinking about reformatting it to see if it is just a corrupt windows but this is happening every couple of weeks now and the problem seems to be getting worse each time i have to reformat. i am doing the start of a computer programming course at sheffield university and i cant keep coming home just to fix this problem, is it best me just telling them to get a new system?

also i just wanted to add if it is any help i had a program pop up call yyinstall.exe this is what i thought was the virus of summet because everytime i deleted it, it made two of itself and then you deleted one of the two and it made two more, which slowed down the whole system but never crashed it
