I recently removed some spyware off of my pc, since then I have had a problem with the background. in the properties the display is greyed out. i have read on here the the spysherif spyware does this to pc's. I tried the smitfraud download suggested but with no luck due to the following 'some keys are open by the system or other processes'.

Further note. this may actually be due to pesttrap the spyware that popped up originally.
