I am working out of Outlook 2003 on an Exchange 2003 server. One of my co workers has some e-mails come in. The problem is that the e-mails do not go to her Inbox, they go to her Unread Mail folder. This folder is supposed to be an extension of your Inbox. When you get an unread e-mail in your Inbox, that same unread e-ail shows up in your unread mail folder until you read it. She has no rules set at all for her account. These are not going to any other folder in her folder tree. I would appreciate it if nayone has any ideas at all that would lead to a resolution for this problem. Thank you.
