This is managing a small team of (4) developers and designers so you must be a hands on manager with the ability to code in some of XHTML, CSS, XML, ASP, PHP, SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, C# in an AJAX environment using MS Visual SourceSafe and Visual Studio 2005.

Understanding of design packages such as Macromedia Studio, Fireworks or PhotoShop beneficial. They also use Lotus Notes / Domino and a CMS system. You must have managed (or have team led) developers working on web-based apps or websites using Object orientated methods and lifecycle methodologies such as waterfall or Iterative/RAD. All developments must confirm to relevant standards/legislation W3C, DDA & DP so you must have an understanding of them.
