Project Manager
Virtual Sciences, an innovative provider of 3D visualization services for the architecture and real estate community, is seeking a detail oriented Project Manager with 2-4 years professional experience. Working closely with our talented 3D Artists, the PM is the primary point-of-contact for the client in planning, managing and delivering our visualization solutions - ensuring a timely and quality implementation.
The PM will track, manage and communicate project progress and is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction during the project. Internally, the PM needs to communicate and maintain clear delivery expectations with project team and monitor progress. The Project Manager needs to have a competent understanding of architecture, construction and/or real estate terminology with a passion for digital technologies.
MUST HAVE:
· Expert level written and verbal communication skills
· Strong decision making ability and attention to detail are crucial to this role.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Bachelor’s degree
· MUST reside in NY Metro area with ability to work in central NJ office
· Architecture or Construction experience a plus
· Experience with CAD or 3D technologies a huge plus

· Ensure proper resources are in place to provide effective and quality delivery
· Work directly with customer regarding changes to the project scope, assessment of possible constraints and identification of new service opportunities
· Facilitate necessary internal and external meetings and prepare necessary status reports to ensure project tasks are being completed in a timely fashion
· Prepare, maintain and submit management reports (progress reports, time recording, escalations)
Identify new business opportunities with the ability to understand the general capabilities and limitation in a customer's current computer environment
