I scanned my computer and saved this log. I really don't know what to do with this. What am I supposed to fix? Can someone give me some advice because I'm about to just check everything and delete it all.

Please Download CWShredder from HERE and run the Program in safe mode . Press the "Fix Button" Let it fix all variants. Next, Close the program and all windows and IE windows and run hijackthis and Post a Fresh log.

Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.
Unzip HijackThis into this folder. When you run HijackThis from this folder and have it "Fixed checked" it will create a backup file of modifications to use if restore is necessary.

This is a log of a Windows XP system with SP1, and it has a virus on it. I am not sure, but you can look at the various websites -- McAfee, Symantec -- and see what viruses like to edit the hosts file to make a number of the antivirus vendors unaccessable from that computer.

It might be Sasser. I am not in a position that I can dig deep for you, but I do know you have a virus or spyware problem.

caperjack is right- the Windows Security Assistant/rundll32.vbe entries indicate a CoolWebSearch infection.

Also, after you run the removal utilities, do a search for file named "hosts" on your system. Open it in Notepad and make sure that aside from some lines of comments at the beginning, it only contains the following entry:

127.0.0.0 localhost

If you find other 127.0.0.1 entries, delete them and save the file. Those other host entries will prevent you from going to the URLs associated with the 127.0.0.1 (localhost) address.

Alright I ran CWShredder in safe mode fixed, rebooted, ran hijackthis again, and I have posted the new log below. Please check the log below and tell me if it fixed the problem because I really can't tell.

Have Hijack This fix the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and selecting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.
