Generic Host Process Win32 Services

Well i've been having this error pop up and cut me off hte internet after about 5 minutes.. ive looked up alot of solutions and non have worked for me.. heres what i got from the error

What does the error-pop-up say?
Have you tried scanning for virusses? I had the same problem and it was blaster(..) if I remember correctly.

Yeah ive scanned for viruses with Nod32 and came up empty handed and this is what the error says
"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
