What exactly do you have trouble with?

use formula

simple_int=principle*rate_of_interest*no_of_yrs;

Yes, like s_khardenavis said, you can use take the input of the user for p, principal, for r, rate of interest, then for t, time, and then display i, which is prt, or p*r*t.
