Look on the right the word "Ward's" is showing up as "Ward?s"

I have changed the Character set of the word press blog to reflect that of the forums which is ISO-8859-1 but that did not fix it. What am I missing?

Aside from the character set of the wordpress blog, make sure you're using the right character set for the RSS feed of the wordpress blog. I just use UTF-8 for everything, myself

I am using Magpie to fetch it... not sure what to change in that. It seems magpie defaults to ISO-8859-1...
