Hi guys, a newbie here.
I had exactly the same problem as burketdsl posted on 05-21-04 and followed the advice given. Fortunately, it solved the problem, but now when shutting down I get the End Program coming up for Autosave instead!

Also, is there any specific reason why I should get a blank box headed 'sign in with .NET Passport' upon startup. When I click on the close box, an End Program box comes up?

Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked' :
