Everything is fine, contains good stuff. But change the background color. Black text over sienna/orange whtever type background doesnt match and it not so easy to read.

Is the background color makes reading difficult?
Please do suggest me a good color which could be compatible with the site.

I think you could get away with white with some different color "seperating" lines that seperate each download. In IE7 there is a problem with the bottom of the page. Your content keeps going after you black/red line finished. It is worth a look at.
