Hi this is my site that i have just made:

the main part is the forum, the rest just provides a front end.
The idea is to create an online resource of subject notes which everyone can use.

Nice site. I have some very picky points:
1. I don't really like the idea of everything opening into a new window.
2. I can see that you are into the graphics side of things so I have a small pointer that could make your design better:
See what it looks like to have a gradient on the navigation bar, I think that will look much better.
3. Your forum logo is a png and IE6 has no filter for PNGs so it has a green background. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/bobosola/ that is a good site.

as i am only a student i dont have funds for advertiseing, and dont really want to compromise my site with ads.
I try to be activley involved with forums, with a link in my sig.
That is working ok, i get some views from reviewers.
My site has been up since the 1st of december, so i supposed its going well for 2 weeks, alot however are my friends.
do you have any suggestions?

You should probably start a thread on one of the Site Management forums. This isn't really the right place for that discussion.

No, I am also a student so havnt worked out anything for advertising. I am trying to get somthing in the press for my age, but because my website sells large pictures printed on canvas collection is most of the time done from the shop which printes my pictures, so only relatively local people can order unless i post it which costs quite a lot.
