Need you suggestion for MS-SQL Server course

Hi, Im a NIIT student and I have just given my MS-SQL Server's examination and now I have an opportunity to give an examination for the same course conducted by Microsoft itself. Our faculty tells us that it has round about 35-40 question of 1000 marks but the problem is only 5-7 question will be asked from our perused course in NIIT and rest will be outside the course for which we need to solve maximum number of dump question. So can you guys please suggest me that where should I start practicing from, where should I search these kind of ebooks which will help me in this or if you guys have any kind of questioner which I should practice to clear my examinations.
