iSync vs. iPod

My iSync don't recognize my iPod. Any ideas? I have Pocet Mac for iPod instaled to sync my e-mails form Entourage
iPod 60 GB Macintosh formated
iSync 2.3
iTunes 7
Mac OS 10.4.8
iMac 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo, 1 GB memory
