Hello, everyone, i just got online with your website and i find it very interesting !!!

It seems like i would like it here for answers to my queries about computers in general, downloads, anti-virus, spyware, etc. as i
am new to the "geek community" (no disrespect intended)

Well, lets get down to it:

I have been trying to download the Hewlett-Packard Software Update
to my Digital Imaging Software as a Security Update is needed for
the HP PML Driver... However, I have tried to download it from the HP Help Site and no one seems to want to talk with me or even share a support chat with a Technician who is supposed to be there to help with these kind of things? (The Technician chat keeps timing out...)

Anyhow, the Security Update to the HP PML Driver will NOT install successfully; File Size: 132.1kb and my download speed would be 2.6 seconds !!

Any help anyone could give me would be appreciated, however, as i mentioned before on a scale of knowing computer terms and lingo from 1 to 100, i would be about a 40-50 !!
