Help SQL 2000 "standard" reporting services

  #1
Jan 5th, 2007
Greetings.

How are all of you? I'm new to Daniweb, but heard of you through Mauisun.

Anyhow, I have a copy of SQL 2000 standard, but it's an old school copy without reporting services. I understand that 2000 now comes with RS for free... does anyone know where this "free" addon can be found? I searched and searched but have come up empty handed. Do I have to re-buy SQL 2000 to get RS included??

Thanks, I have seen that.
I am looking for the "standard edition" though... I guess I'm going to have to order it or something. I dunno.

Hiya ^-^

I'm currently using SQL Reporting Services here and according to our IT Manager, you have to buy the licence of the reporting service to use it sinceit works in accordance with IIS and all..

SQL reporting services comes free with SQL 2005. Why not go for that?
