Ok, so you have a pretty nice and good looking site that seems to have quite few members on it. However, you are missing a bit of attention to the fine details. So here is what I think needs to be changed:

• Your logo should be a link back to your homepage.
• I think you need to style your google ads so that they match the rest of your site.
• You should have some kind of effect on the main nav bar, like underline on the hyperlinks on rollover or even rollover images.
• I think it would make your site look more exciting if you were to put like a random image as the central image, so that it changes when the page is refreshed.
• I have a bit of a thing with online support systems, so unless you can be online most of the time (including weekends) I wouldn't have it at all.
• With your submit buttons you need to have a consitent style because you have two styles going on, eg. login --> sign up
• I think generally your text is a bit small.
• You may have heard of the grid method before and I think you could benefit from a read of that. Because you site is a jumble of different boxes of information. I think it would help if they lined up with each other a bit more.
• In your "newest members" section you must avoid featuring people with no photo or a hidden photo.
• I notice that you have invite a friend at the bottom of your page whereas I would have thought this was quite a big thing for your sites growth.
• On your features page why do you have two ticks next to each feature?
• You can follow my above points around your whole site really because you have kept to a similar style throughout the whole site.
