I had to change the mobo in my comp...also formatted the hard drive and went back with win98 SE....and then the fun began..i had no controllers ...i still need a pci ethernet controller and pci communication device.....i got a new ethernet card and a new modem...and it still will not detect or install either one even with the manufactures software ...i took both cards out and left them out and received no prompts to install either one....but i also do not have a modem or a ethernet connection. I have installed and run every updated file on the intel website. I have installed files from other sites. I even got the driver for the modem from the manufactors website and could not install it.

ANY help would be nice
