I can see what kind of design you have gone for and I think i can help you make it better. Because, although your design is good it does need a bit of "first aid".
First of all, you must must must get rid of that background because it is distracting and very unprofessional. You should try something like pattern but no moving images!
I have some other points as well that I hope you will find helpful:

I have some other points as well that I hope you will find helpful:
- Most of your graphics look professional however, your logo doesn't. I don't understand the green bit. It looks like a three year ol has drawn over it. sorry to be so harsh but I am just being honest

- You <title> is a very important part of your page so do not just have | in it!
- You need to really work on decreasing the load time for your site because when I clicked on the link and just saw the background on the page I was already imagining what was going to be on the page and trust me based on the background my thoughts were not good. Your images are either to large or your server is very slow. (I am guessing the server has something to do with it because you are hosting on the freewebs server which isn't exactly advisable.
- Currently you have an upcoming events table on your homepage I think that this would look better with either thin or no border. It also should be centered.
- Now on to your content: If you are on season 3 then surely you should have seasons 1 & 2 in the archives section:
- You have some poor grammar on you "the show" page.
- If you are currently making some money out of your show then it may be worth investing that money on some new mics because your sound quality is a bit bad.
- Have you ever though of making your show into a podcast?

- Yes, I agree with roryt on the background, that is going to drive most users away real quick.
- The title, as pointed out above is something that needs to be worked on to help with the SEO of your site.
- Meta data. In the keywords section you need to work on developing what you want people to be searching for to find your site and add that into this section.
- The graphics look good and the layout is not too bad.
- With the forum link, I would put that up on the main menu and now down on the page.

1. With the forum link, I would put that up on the main menu and now down on the page.Good luck!
That is very true because to be honest I didn't even notice that you had a forum. Also, you really need to do some work on the forum, you can see that on most forums they have images for the headers and stuff like that. At the moment your foum really hurts my eyes so thet is something you really need to have a look at!

You can either create the images yourself or you can probably find skins for your forum software on the internet.
