C++ is a programming language and turbo C++ is a compiler.

am whats the defference betwen C++ (g++) compiler and tubo C++ compiler (Borland turbo C++)...

Also where can I get Borland turbo C++ for free?

The g++ is comonly used by linux (but windows also can used for example cygwin emulator). Try this link.
