I have a user that often works from home. She VPNs into our network and then uses remote desktop to access her pc and desktop at her desk. She has many custom toolbars displayed on her desktop that lose configuration when she uses remote desktop connection to that pc.
Basically, the next day when she logs on locally to that pc, her desktop toolbars and icons are different or lost. At which she calls me and asks me to change it back. Is there a way to keep her desktop from changing so I don't have to deal with this tediousness everytime she uses remote desktop?
Thanks for your assistance.
