i tlooks like its a stand alone system. however what is it for exactly? who uses it? and why is it only 133Mz, or in the case of this link a intel 386/33mhz.?

It says it works with linux ... perhaps a model that would work with embedded linux? Perhaps its a device such as a cell phone or pocket organizer?
