First of all congratulations on a nice site. I have a few pointers that should make your look and do a bit better:
  • You need a homepage! You could put on there:
    • some news about the site
    • some news about the team
    • latest forum posts
    • most active forum posts
  • There isn't any point of having space for sponsors if you haven't got any.
  • You have to much info on your main forum, you should get rid of some of the bits that are down the sides, decide what you really need.
  • You should consider changing you forum skin a bit to make it a bit easier to read. eg. different color on each row of the main forum table.
  • You may want to consider making even less of the features (eg, calender, betting) available to none members.
I hope you find those points helpful.

I like it especially the fact that its now swamped in flashing adverts

I thought about making some football related backgrounds for my business card site, then maybe we could exchange links?

get a Manchester UTD "red card" =) I don't know where I would find and football club logo's though.

Thanks for your comments!! I already have a homepage which is the one with all the features on it.. I assume you mean to ditch this and create a new one that isnt using VBA!!

I noticed you had a homepage just after I clicked submit. But the problem was that when I clicked home it took me to a different page?

You also need to simplify your homepage that you currently have.
