hi, i have just downloaded netscape and it goes onto those sites fine. my only problem now is my msn, and i really dont know what else to do because i adjusted my security settings before and it still didnt work.

Not sure about msn, but quite a few other people seem to have had similar problems with their msn (and hotmail) logins. You might want to do a search here and at Google for "msn" "login".

hi, i went to an old thread and i found one of the posts which said to run: regsvr32 softpub.dll. this seemed quick and easy so i tried it out and i couldn't believe it but my msn worked, so thanks to all of you for everything.

Glad the info in that old post did the trick! I saw it as well but wasn't sure if it would be the fix in you particular situation, which is why I suggested a broader search.
