Close all (browser) windows & rescan with hijackthis. When the scan is finished place a check in the box to the left of the following entries & click 'fix checked' :

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,CustomizeSearch =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant =

O1 - Hosts: 12.129.205.209 search.netscape.com12.129.205.209 sitefinder.verisign.com

O2 - BHO: sr - {FC2593E3-3E5A-410F-AF3D-82613CCE58E5} - c:\windows\sr.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [XMW9] C:\documents and settings\jason\local settings\temp\XMW9.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [intdctrr] C:\WINDOWS\System32\idctup20.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fidprwce] C:\WINDOWS\System32\zbmmct.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WNST] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnsapiit.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Rert] C:\Documents and Settings\Jason\Application Data\oaoc.exe
O4 - Startup: Download Plus.lnk = C:\Documents and Settings\Jason\Application Data\DownloadPlus.exe

Reboot into safe mode following the instructions here & navigate to & delete the following if found:

C:\documents and settings\jason\local settings\temp< folder contents only
C:\Documents and Settings\Jason\Application Data\oaoc.exe< file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\idctup20.exe< file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\zbmmct.exe< file
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnsapiit.exe< file

In order to view these files you may have to select 'show hidden files/folders.' Instructions on how to here.

Reboot normally after doing the above then post a fresh log plz.

I keep "fixing" those two entries, about 5 times now, and they will not go away. Not sure what is causing that...

Ok so I have everything fixed now, I just restored the default search pages, etc... under internet options, and the single window of internet explorer was fixed by uninstalling yahoo companion...found that from another message board... everything seems to be fine now, thanks a lot for all your help...
