Not sure where you are located - but U.S. IT departments continue to offshore a portion of applications development. There are a lot of executives that like this idea because it is less expensive and there is 24 hour development getting churned out rather than just the normal working hours here...Don't know if that would qualify as a seminar topic...

There are many information technology seminar topics . If you want current trends in IT , then I have to say about inverse multiplexing, code division duplexing, NRAM, Daknet, Millipede, Sync ML, Virtual Keyboard, Light tree etc.
