Need suggestions for a video recorder/player for ASP.NET site

Hi! I'm searching for a video recorder/player that can be integrated with our dating site that is using ASP.NET dating software. Does anyone have any suggestions? We need it for video profile recording.
It needs to be a .swf recorder with save function and a player for playback.Able to store a profile.Compatible with asp.net 1.1 and asp.net 2.0. I have searched and have not found one that will work.The software programmers suggested one but we hope to find one less expensive than $1500 if possible. If anyone knows of one (or more!) that I may be able to use, I'd appreciate your input.
