First of all, looks like you need a lesson in image optimization! Yoru site is very slow to load and it obviously has a very large amount of images!

Usability points:

• Grey on blue just doesn't work! You need to think of another two colors for this and you need to either use the standard form submit buttons or create some better looking ones of your own.

Mistakes:

• When you collapse the forums and the expand them again the columns become very messed up!
• the login at the top of the page is too tall! It goes over on to the next level.

You also really need to get some members! I don't know how old your forum is but for a community to happen you need members! ( yes but how should i get more members ??? )
