I'm definitely a fan... pretty cool work. Though I think on the tool bar/menu bar on the left hand side, the small quotations found in the radio buttons, should be a different color, mostly because I didn't know they were there until I look very closely.

Nice work though... very cool.

WOW.
Marvelous work.

A few comments:

I'm not crazy about the "concepts" part of the logo.
I can't quite place my finger on the reason.
Maybe it's the combination of colors?
Maybe if the word "concepts" were *slightly* italicized?

When I see regions "filled in" like that with color, my
brain associates that with "filled with liquid"... "holds water"
Maybe if the all the other parts of the letters ( c, n, c, t, and s)
each had color in the places that could "hold water"
- i.e. not just the fully enclosed regions.

I dunno. Just a thought. That would take more colors. Might be
distracting. I think I like the slightly italicized suggestion better.

IMO, the logo shouldn't look like wow_concepts
because your domain name is wow-concepts.
You should register the wrong one too by the way, to pick up
mistypes, but your logo shouldn't look like the other.

The "!!!!!!!!!!" at the bottom around the welcome are annoying.
When my nieces and nephews do it in emails,
"Went to the zooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
it's cute because they are kids. ;-)

The copyright notice around the center content
(LOVE that center stuff and the navigation, by the way) is missing the
copyright OWNER. Something can't be copywritten as of
a certain date to "no one" or to someone or something implied.
All 3 elements are needed ( at least in the USA )
"Copyright" or C in a circle.
Date.
Owner.

The picture that's a link to webtechnology.ca/index.html in the
Links section is broken.

Keep up the good work!

Dan

Oh.. I forgot.
This PC has IE 6.0.2800 on it and I get this on your first and second page:

Runtime Error
Line 169
Permission Denied.

I would get rid of the splash page it servers no purpose. I would not put up "Site Requirements:
I.E 5+ | Netscape 6+ |" You should be designing for all browsers.

On the awards page the "golden web award" pic is missing.

I liked the site. The intro was quick, simple but effective. I even like that you mention the site requirements - whats the point in writing for all sorts of obscure and outdated browsers when they don't really exist any more. The percentage of people NOT running IE5 or 6 is tiny. Who are these people anyway? Not the sort we like to be associated with.
