how to work with word document in asp.net

hello,
I am working in asp.net2.0 and C#.I want to create,open a word document on click of button.i am working with ms office 2003,so i added ms word 11.0 library object from com reference.
but the namespace microsoft.office.interop.word is not imported.
Is their any another way to work with word document.
