We installed a microsoft intellitype wireless keyboard , 1.0A and wireless mouse 6000 on a Compaq laptop. They both work fine, but when they're unplugged for travel, the laptop keyboard no longer functions properly.
The cursor will jump to odd places on the screen. We tried uninstalling them both, but the laptop keyes still don't function properly. Does anyone have a fix? It's driving us crazy! Thank you for any help.
