I am looking for a good tutorial oriented towards someone who knows how to program, but is new to ruby. I'd like ruby on rails to be covered. Please let me know if you have any recommendations. Thanks!

If I were you I'd get to grips with ruby alone first, then apply what you know to rails

A really good in-browser introduction to ruby:
http://tryruby.hobix.com/

These are a little longer and have more depth:
http://www.math.umd.edu/~dcarrera/ruby/0.3/
http://pine.fm/LearnToProgram/
And of course Why's poignant guide : http://poignantguide.net/ruby/chapter-3.html

There are 5 or 6 rails tutorials plus some other info here:

You can have a look at my Ruby Study Notes, the way I learned Ruby. This only covers Ruby and does not cover Ruby on Rails.
