how to pop up an html file from your Java GUI

Any one here can tell me how to pop up an html file from your GUI...
any classes to be used :cheesy:

if you cant hit 2 birds with one stone try hitting just one or you will end up with nothing at all
create a JFrame or JDialog containing a JTextArea or something like that inside a JScrollPane, and show that.
As people are clearly allowed to attack me but I'm not allowed to defend myself, I no longer post to this site.
