For this work I use VisiFly

It's a video-to-flash converter that has trial version without any time or quality limitations & supports all video files (avi, mpeg, 3gp, mp4, etc..)

Well, if you wanna good converter, try FlashConv http://www.flashconv.com/FlashConv/ It supports almost all media formats, and you'll get a good quality of an outpul file.

I think that Visifly is great tool because for me its very effective!!

I`m prefer program VisiFly)VisiFly is great for displaying your videos on websites, CDs, for creating flash tutorials and presentations. It converts almost any video format (avi, wmv, mpeg, mp4, mov and many others) to Flash (swf, flv).
