mother board help

I need a new mother board for my toshiba M45 S355 labtop. How do i find out what motherboards would be compatable with my system? I need to do this with out using the computer since it will not stay on with out freeze for more than a minute or two.

laptop motherboards are usually only one of a kind - you will have to buy one from toshiba

also a new motherboard will most likely mean you will need a new OS as your OEM licence wont be valid anymore

may be better off just buying a new laptop or better still, fixing your freezing problem (this could be bad ram, overheating or a problem with windows)
