laptop motherboards are usually only one of a kind - you will have to buy one from toshiba
also a new motherboard will most likely mean you will need a new OS as your OEM licence wont be valid anymore
may be better off just buying a new laptop or better still, fixing your freezing problem (this could be bad ram, overheating or a problem with windows)
